It is a privilege to congratulate you on your appointment as the new Director of Evangelical Lutheran Mission (ELM).
As a decades old dedicated partner of your organization, Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church, has always deeply respected Evangelical Lutheran Mission‘s profound global reach and spiritual impact. Navigating international ministry requires exceptional leadership, and we are confident that your expertise and vision will successfully guide your network of churches and ministries worldwide.
Our organization remains steadfastly committed to our alliance. We look forward to working closely with you and your leadership team for many more years, to advance our mutual goals and address the global challenges facing our communities in these trying times. It is very reassuring to know that ELM stands with us, even as the church faces many challenges in India, fighting for its survival.

God has called you to lead this great mission (ELM) in these trying times. We (TELC) assure you of our sincere prayers and full support.
