Dear Brother in Christ Siebert,

ELM has been an important partner of IECLB. Our paths have crossed for many years in a beautiful history of companionship, exchange of experiences, and the sharing of resources and people. God has enabled our mission to be strengthened through this journey together.
Therefore, we praise and thank God.

Today, we rejoice with you as you are officially installed as Director of ELM. We want you to know that you will remain in our prayers and thoughts. We pray that God may grant you wisdom, patience, faith, love, compassion, and a longing for a world that is more just, more balanced, and more compassionate.
