Dear Mr. Holger Siebert,
dear Friends and Partners at ELM,

Warm greetings from EECMY DASSC in Ethiopia.

It is with great joy and heartfelt appreciation that we extend our sincere congratulations to Mr. Holger Siebert on your induction as the new Director of ELM Mission. We pray that God will bless you abundantly with wisdom, strength, humility, and good health as you begin this important journey of leadership and service.

We also take this opportunity to express our deep gratitude for the long-standing, trusted, and fruitful partnership between ELM and EECMY DASSC. Over many years, our cooperation has been built on shared Christian values, mutual respect, compassion, and a common commitment to serving vulnerable communities and promoting human dignity.

Through this strong partnership, many impactful initiatives have been implemented in Ethiopia. In particular, the VITAL Project funded by ELM and implemented through EECMY DASSC has been transforming the lives of many individuals and communities. The projects have contributed significantly to improving livelihoods, strengthening resilience, empowering communities, and creating hope for vulnerable people facing social and economic challenges. The positive changes witnessed in the lives of beneficiaries stand as testimony to the meaningful partnership and shared mission between our organizations.

Beyond project support, ELM has remained a faithful companion in ministry and development work, walking together with us in times of both opportunity and challenge. Your solidarity, encouragement, and commitment have greatly contributed to the mission and service of EECMY DASSC in Ethiopia.

As Mr. Holger Siebert assumes this new responsibility, we look forward to further strengthening the partnership and continuing our shared vision of serving humanity with compassion, justice, and Christian love. May this new chapter bring renewed energy, deeper collaboration, and greater impact for the communities we serve together.
