The figures in the nativity scene from Ethiopia represent different ethnic groups through the style of their clothing. They all have rushed to the cot expecting God's appearance - regardless of ethnicity.
In projects run by the partner church in Ethiopia, both refugees and residents are given opportunities to start a small business. This enables people to find a new home or keep their old home, regardless of their ethnicity.
