The cot from Malawi is a simple wooden carving typical of the country. It is very finely crafted from one piece. Everything is there: the baby Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the shepherds and the Magi. The stable has a thatched roof and next to it is a banana tree. Mother and father are very close to the child.

The partner church in Malawi is close to the people. That is why pastors and preachers are expanding their theological and pastoral knowledge in order to better communicate this faith to people. To make faith a visible reality, they also learn how to support their parishioners, for example in the planning and implementation of micro-enterprises to promote ways out of poverty.
