"Whoever believes in him will not be put to shame." (Romans 10:11)

Dear Director Rev. Dr Siebert,

It is a privilege to congratulate you on your appointment as the new Director of Evangelical Lutheran Mission (ELM).
As a long-standing and dedicated partner of your organisation, the Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church has always held Evangelical Lutheran Mission in the highest regard for its extensive global reach and spiritual influence. Leading an international ministry demands exceptional leadership, and we are confident that your expertise and vision will successfully guide your network of churches and ministries worldwide.
Our organisation remains steadfastly committed to our partnership. We look forward to working closely with you and your leadership team for many more years, to advance our mutual goals and address the global challenges facing our communities in these trying times. It is very reassuring to know that ELM stands with us, even as the church faces many challenges in India, fighting for its survival.

God has called you to lead this great mission (ELM) in these trying times. We (TELC) assure you of our sincere prayers and full support. As partners, we are strong enough to face any challenge that comes our way. I greet you with a verse from the Bible: “Everyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” (Romans 10:11)
We, The Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church, wish you every success, wisdom, strength, discernment and all of God’s grace as you begin your tenure.
May God bless ELM under your able leadership.

Yours sincerely,
Rt. Rev. Dr Christian Samraj
