We are pleased to present our current newsletter to you today, and I would like to highlight a few important topics that have accompanied us over the past few weeks.

"Sustained by Change" could well be chosen as the motto for this newsletter, because changes challenge us – personally, socially, and spiritually. Yet in the midst of all this change, we experience how God sustains, strengthens, and realigns his church.

In recent months, many employees and partners from Germany and abroad have shared touching experiences with us: how they have not lost courage despite uncertainty, exhaustion, and crises. How prayer, community, and God's Word have become pillars of support. Resilience – that sounds like psychology, but at its core, it is grace: God's strength in our weakness. These stories encourage us to build on Christ even in turbulent times.

It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to the University of Applied Sciences for Intercultural Theology (FIT) in Hermannsburg, which is ceasing its academic program this year. For many years, FIT was a place of lively exchange, theological depth, and international community.

We are all the more pleased by the positive response to our "Intercultural ABC." The terms, stories, and ideas clearly strike a chord – and encourage us to see cultural diversity as an opportunity. Thank you to everyone who made this project possible!

We thank you for your prayers, your support, and your fellowship. Even if some things break down or come to an end – God's mission continues. And we are allowed to be part of it.
